While he currently lives in Brooklyn, New York, award-winning comedian Turner Sparks started his comedy career in 2009 in Suzhou, China by founding Mainland China's first stand-up comedy club, Kung Fu Komedy Club. While in China he met his wife Ye, and his experiences in China along with his marriage to Ye and their move back to the US play a major part in Sparks’ comedy stylings to this day.
Turner Sparks’ latest stand-up comedy album “Double Happiness”, released in 2022 by Larry The Cable Guy’s “Git R Done Records”, went to #1 in America and is currently in heavy rotation on Sirius XM’s comedy channels. His debut comedy special "Buttoned Up & Unhinged" will be released by Dry Bar Comedy in late 2025.

At this point in life, Lloyd needs standup like a hole in the head but keeps on doing it because he loves it. He has performed all over and shared stages with some of the greatest comedians of our time (and his). Born in Brooklyn (before it was cool) with a comedian father, childhood vacations were spent in the Borscht Belt, and family outings were to NYC comedy clubs, including Catch a Rising Star (where Lloyd would eventually be house emcee). He still has an autographed joke book Henny Youngman gave him as a kid. Lloyd is still schlepping around pleasing audiences throughout the Northeast, finding the funny in the ups and downs we all eventually face, and appreciates every show and every audience member.
